Pre-primary School

Colour Day Celebration

  • We celebrate the Colour Day to help our students to identify different colours by decorating the class with that particular colour.

Festivals Celebrations

  • We celebrate all our festivals to help children to understand our culture and importance of these festivals. We not just celebrate these festivals for enjoyment but also to inculcate our values. We celebrate arrival of Palakhi, Dahihandi, Rakshabandhan, Ganesha Festival, Bhondala etc.
  • We apply mehendi on our students’ hands on the occasion of Nagpanchami.
  • Children decorate the earthen lamps or diyas as a part of Diwali Celebrations.
  • Children enjoy the company of Santa Claus on Christmas Celebration.

Festival Celebration

  • All the festivals are celebrated with lots of excitement. These celebrations help children in understanding our culture, reasons behind celebrating festivals and importance of unity and secularism. We celebrate Guru Pournima, Nagpanchami, Raksha Bandhan, Gopalkala, Bhondla, Ganesha Festival, Diwali etc.

National Festivals Celebration

  • Independence Day is celebrated with zest and devotion. Students gather on school ground by 7:00 am for the Flag Hoisting Ceremony.
  • Republic Day is celebrated at Mukund Nagar Campus. All the institutions under Maharashtriya Mandal come together to celebrate it. Students from all the institutions perform enthusiastically and show their talent

3. Founder’s Day Celebration 25th July We arrange different competitions in the memory of our founder Late Mr. S. V. Damle. Children take part enthusiastically. Winners are awarded with the certificates.
4. Teacher’s Day Celebration 5th September School arranges various activities and lectures for teachers.
5. Gandhi Jayanti Celebration 2nd October We celebrate Gandhi Jayanti by cleaning our school. Students clean their classrooms with dedication. Here the students learn the value: Dignity of Labour.
6. Vachan Prerana Divas (Inspire to Read Day) 15th October Vachan Prerana Divas is celebrated in the memory of Lt. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Children are encouraged to read by arranging a reading activity.
7. Children’s Day Celebration. (14th November) 14th November We arrange different games for children to celebrate the Children’s Day
8. Annual Social Day 22nd December to 24th December Annual Social Day is the time for children to present their skills in front of all. It is the best way to eradicate the stage fear from children’s mind and boost their confidence. Children, too, take part with lots of enthusiasm. A platform is provided to the students for their talent show.
9. Sports Day   Sports Day is arranged to show importance of sports in our life. Different sports like dodge ball, long jump, running race, obstacle race etc are arranged for and enjoyed by children.
10. Science Day 28th February We, at Maharashtriya Mandal’s English Medium School, promotes active involvement of our students in science related activities by arranging Science Exhibition. Children demonstrate their own experiments with the explanation and discussion. It helps in developing scientific thinking among children.
11. Bhasha Din Celebrations 27th February and 14th September Children from Primary and Secondary sections celebrate Marathi Bhasha Din (27th February) and Hindi Diwas (14th September).
12. Fun Day for Pre-primary Section   We arrange a Fun Day for our children of Pre-primary section. There are different fun activities for them like Horse-cart riding, ride of toy train, dance floor etc.
